The reiselounge Ostfildern is part of M&C Travel Events GmbH. Our travel agency, based in Ostfildern Nellingen, has been a trusted provider for many years, offering a wide range of tour operators and specializing in high-end clientele, bespoke global trips, and cruises with renowned cruise lines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advising and strategically selling tailor-made travel experiences to clients
  • Inspiring clients with fresh ideas and insights from your personal travel experiences
  • Selling the full range of travel services with a strong customer service focus
  • Actively building customer loyalty as the foundation of your success
  • Optionally engaging in digital marketing, including social media and newsletters
  • Attending strategy, organizational, and team-building meetings
  • Contributing your skills, growing within the company, and evolving professionally
  • Continuously developing processes within your department and contributing to overall company growth

Your Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel
  • Degree in tourism or completed vocational training as a travel agent
  • Relevant professional experience as a travel consultant in an agency
  • Confidence in working with demanding, high-end clients
  • Strong knowledge of cruise lines and products; ideally, you are an enthusiastic cruiser yourself
  • Expertise with booking systems like Argus Backoffice, Ama/Toma, Paxlounge, and Bistro
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and a willingness to learn new software
  • Comfort representing the team in social media, videos, and other online activities as part of modern digital sales
  • Exceptional service orientation, strong communication, and analytical skills
  • Organized, flexible, team-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth
