Procurement in International Motorsport (m/f/d)

As one of the leading travel service agencies for business partners in international motorsport, we support racing teams in planning and executing their travel to worldwide racing events. Our clients include top teams from Formula 1, DTM, FIA WEC, 24 Hours of Le Mans, GT World Challenge, Formula E, and many more.

As a full-service travel agency, we provide everything needed: hotels, flights, rental cars, shuttles, transfers, event services, catering, visa services, license translations, and more. We ensure a smooth process before and during race events so our clients can focus on what matters most: winning the next race!

Your Responsibilities:

Internship Sales, Back Office

  • Support the sales department, allowing them to focus on networking, acquisition, and sales
  • Review calculations, set prices, prepare brochures for the marketing department, and create offers for our clients
  • Handle incoming bookings and customer inquiries
  • Assist with hotel procurement and database management, including data entry and research
  • Create travel documents and assist with all customer-related booking activities
  • Communicate directly with clients via email and phone
  • Continuously improve processes in your department and contribute to the company’s development

Your Profile:

  • Studying business, tourism, or a related field
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken), French or other language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong willingness to learn new software
  • Dedicated, team-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to remain calm under pressure (e.g., before an event)
  • Strong analytical thinking, self-organization, concentration, and a strategic approach to problem-solving
