As one of the leading agencies for travel services in international motorsport, we support racing teams in planning and executing their travel for global events. Our clients include teams from Formula 1, DTM, FIA WEC, 24 Hours of Le Mans, GT World Challenge, Formula E, and many more.

As a full-service travel agency, we offer everything from hotels, flights, rental cars, shuttles, transfers, event services, catering, visa services, driving license translations, and more. We ensure smooth operations before and during race events so our clients can focus on what matters: winning the next race!

Your Responsibilities:

(Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)

  • You will be part of our sales team, responsible for achieving revenue goals
  • Daily tasks include pricing, creating offers, customer service, and expanding our client base through active new customer acquisition
  • Engage with clients to ensure high service quality and lead sales discussions
  • Travel several times a year to racetracks to meet clients in person and expand your network
  • Opportunity to grow and develop within our company
  • Set specific sales targets with your team and work toward achieving them
  • Improve department processes and contribute to the company’s development
  • Option to work partly or fully from home after the probation period

What You Bring:

  • Degree in business, with a focus on business travel, or equivalent training in travel management
  • Experience in project management, sales, or field service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort with digital tools
  • Experience with travel-specific systems (Start Ama/Toma) is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, with French skills being a plus
  • High service orientation, organizational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle stress
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work weekends
