(Junior) Travel Manager

International Motorsport (m/f/d) 

 

As one of the leading agencies for travel services for international motorsport partners, we support racing teams in planning and organizing their travel to global race events. Our clients include top teams from series such as Formula 1, DTM, FIA WEC, 24 Hours of Le Mans, GT World Challenge, Formula E, and many more.

As a full-service travel agency, we provide everything needed: hotels, flights, rental cars, shuttles, transfers, event services, catering, visa services, driving license translations, and more. We ensure smooth operations before and during the event, so our clients can focus on the most important thing: winning the next race!

Your Responsibilities:

(Junior) Travel Manager

  • Manage daily bookings for our clients
  • Assist in purchasing hotel contingents
  • Maintain and update databases, input data, and conduct research
  • Prepare travel documents and assist with customer-related booking activities
  • Participate in strategy, organization, and team meetings
  • Contribute to process development and take part in improving the department
  • Option to work remotely several days a week after the probation period

What You Bring:

  • A degree in business, preferably focused on business travel, or completed training as a travel agent
  • Fluent in German and English, with French being a plus; additional languages are welcome
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and openness to learning new software
  • Strong knowledge of travel-specific systems (e.g., Start Ama/Toma)
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and service orientation
  • Ability to stay organized, flexible, and calm, especially during high-pressure situations like events
